The architecture, engineering, construction, and owner (AECO) community will convene in Phoenix, AZ for fast-paced, high-energy sessions, diverse learning through deep dives and micro-education, celebrations of honors & awards, and networking. Specification writers and other construction design professionals are eager to meet with building product manufacturers to learn about the technical and performance details of your products for their projects, and CSI's National Conference is designed to facilitate those connections.

The trade show format is returning this year, and we have a limited number of stand-alone exhibit and tabletop options available! We also still have the sponsorship packages that include pre-scheduled meetings with Specifiers, as well as exciting and impactful a-la-carte options.

Exhibit Opportunities

The trade show is back by popular demand! The space we have for this year is a nice open atrium with a unique layout. There's only room for a total of 8 stand-alone exhibits or tabletops; the rest of the spaces will be taken by the "package" sponsors (details below). There will be multiple blocks of "trade show time" on the agenda, and the Welcome Reception will take place on the trade show floor.

Tabletop Display: $5,000

Includes one Full Conference registration

Tech Hub Table: $8,000 (5/10 available)

This is a dedicated area on the trade show floor where attendees can go to learn about and see live demos of the latest and greatest construction and specifications technology offerings.

Includes:

One Full Conference Registration

Inclusion in dedicated email to conference registrants promoting sponsors in the Tech Hub, with company/product details

Welcome to Phoenix Reception Sponsorship - $10,000 (Exclusive)

Sponsorship includes: Opportunity to make remarks on mic (60-90 seconds max), opportunity to feature 2 pull up style banners in happy hour area, 15 extra drink tickets, logo recognition on signage during the reception, in the event program, and on agenda signage, opportunity to distribute giveaways/promo items on tables in the reception room/space.

Lunch Sponsorship - $10,000 (2/2 days available, exclusive for each day)

Sponsorship includes: 1 registration, opportunity to make remarks on stage (60 seconds max) and/or introduce speaker, opportunity to feature 2 pull up style banners in the ballroom during sponsored lunch (to be placed at CSI’s discretion), logo recognition on screen on the main stage before the sponsored lunch, on signage in the ballroom during sponsored lunch, in the event program and on agenda signage.

Lanyards Sponsorship - $8,000 (Exclusive)

Feature your company logo on the name tag lanyards that all attendees receive when they arrive and will wear for the duration of the event. Sponsoring the National Conference lanyards is one of the most prominent branding opportunities at the event.

Sponsorship includes: sponsor logo recognition on attendee lanyards (alternating with the CSI logo), on signage at the event, and on CSI websites.

Wi-Fi Sponsorship - $6,000

Help attendees stay connected by sponsoring the conference Wi-Fi and reach every attendee as they select your custom named network and enter your custom password.

Sponsorship includes: opportunity to customize the network name and password, logo recognition on signage, login details on slides during the event, in the Pocket Program and the Honors & Awards Program.

Breakfast Sponsorship - $6,000 (1 of 2 days available, exclusive for each day)

Sponsorship includes: 1 registration, opportunity to feature 2 pull up style banners in the breakfast area (to be placed at CSI’s discretion), logo recognition on signage in breakfast area, in the event program, and on agenda signage.

Pocket Program Sponsorship - $5,000

Feature a full page ad on the back of the program book and your logo on the front cover. This program will serve as the main program for the Conference, and will include the event agenda, hotel map, and package sponsor recognition.
