Knowledge Exchange Tables

CSI will be selecting approximately 50-55 Specifiers, Architects and other 

design professionals and product selection influencers from across the

country to attend the January 2025 Master Specifiers Retreat. Participating

with a Knowledge Exchange Table gets you 14-16 thirty minute one-on-one 

meetings with these professionals you match with based on mutual interest,

in addition to the excellent networking opportunities at meals,

receptions, etc.

• Architects and Specifiers apply to attend, and you help choose who is invited. Then
  when the top ranked applicants are invited, you get to rank them again to 
  indicate who you want to meet with, the Architects/Specifiers do the same, 
  and meeting schedules are created based on that feedback.

• You receive 14 to 16 dedicated 30-minute meetings based on mutual interest

• The small event size (110-120 guests) ensures that you will meet every
  attendee. Networking receptions and dining events are designed for everyone
  to mix and mingle in a friendly and low-stress environment.

speaker's topic.

Align your brand with MSR learning initiatives by sponsoring the Education Sessions.

These workshops will draw all attendees with a focus on group learning and

current issues. This sponsorship does not require attendance, but if you're interested

in attending and introducing a speaker, please refer to the Keynote Speaker option above.

Many Building Product Manufacturers give out branded giveaways and literature from their

Knowledge Exchange Table to the Specifiers and Architects they meet with, and those

attendees could use a nice tote bag to keep everything in. This is a great opportunity 

to get brand impressions with all attendees and provide a useful item for Specifiers that

will live on long after the MSR is over.
